  • Treasury challan — deposited in federal treasury, fee calculated per chemical quantity
  • NOC from the District Authority — with site/location plan duly attested, plus SITE Association attestation where applicable
  • Land ownership documents — or, if the premises are rented, a tenancy agreement duly registered with the Registrar (we provide this with our rental godowns)
  • Proposed storage plan — 5 copies drawn to Explosives Department specification
  • NOCs from departments — D.C.O, T.M.O, Civil Defence, Anti-Narcotics Force, EPA, DIG
Don’t Know Which Form Applies to You?

Choosing the wrong license form is one of the most common reasons applications get rejected. A trader storing drums of thinner needs Form M; the same trader installing a storage tank needs Form L. Our free consultation identifies your correct form before a single rupee is spent on fees.
